Foundation bpd partners supports, inter alia, the activities of Post Bellum, a non-profit organisation that since 2001 has sought out and recorded the memories of witnesses to key moments in the 20th century. Post Bellum is documenting histories that have been forgotten or that were encouraged to be forgotten, and is now retelling these rescued stories. It involves schoolchildren and students in its work, recognises heroes and cooperates with similar projects abroad. The Post Bellum team is composed of journalists, historians, reporters in the field, editors, translators, proofreaders and documentarians.

Pudil Family Foundation
The Pudil Family Foundation – which wants to contribute to societal development through dialogue in art – also has a similar goal. Besides its own art collection, the Foundation supports high quality, innovative exhibitions, research projects and educational programmes that promote the understanding and appreciation of Czech and international modern and contemporary art. The Foundation is preparing an extensive project entitled Kunsthalle Praha, a lively and inspiring space for lovers of art as well as those who are just beginning their journey of discovery.

The vision of Kunsthalle founders is to build a gallery of modern art in Prague with a strong concept and educational program. A visitor-focused institution that will work on an international level. The Kunsthalle project will open its doors to visitors in 2021 after the completion of the reconstruction of the building at Klárov. It will be a lively and inspiring space for art lovers as well as for visitors who have just begun to discover their way to art.
