At the company he is responsible for a wide spectrum of topics – from the preparation of new acquisitions to the handling of current assets and the management of companies producing electricity from renewable sources. The variety and multi-faceted nature of his work constantly provides him with new challenges that have to be accepted. He primarily realises interesting projects that are unique in terms of their quality, where a little courage and luck is required in order to implement them. For Miroslav Tvrzník, the family office is a chance to be, together with his other colleagues, at the birth of many projects from various areas of bpd partners' business.

If the weather is good, he comes to work on his bike. Occasionally, during longer bike rides, he checks some companies that he is responsible for at work.
